Shipping policy

At Swiss Watch Company, our goal is to deliver your purchase in the quickest and most efficient way possible. We aim to provide our customers with transparency, dependability, and excellent service during the delivery process.

Shipping Carriers

Our products are shipped via United Parcel Service (UPS) and United States Postal Service (USPS). These carriers were chosen based on their reliability and extensive network, to ensure your packages arrive safely and as quickly as possible.

Processing Time

Typically, orders are processed and ready to be shipped within three (3) business days after your purchase. However, during periods of high order volume or special promotions, order processing could take longer. We appreciate your patience during these times, and we will do our best to keep you informed on the status of your order.

Shipping Time

Shipping times are determined by the chosen carrier and the destination of the package. Once the order has been shipped, a tracking number will be provided, allowing you to follow the progress of your package.

Please note that the delivery date provided is an estimate and not a guarantee. Delays can occasionally occur due to unforeseen circumstances with the shipping carriers, weather conditions, or during peak periods.

Customer Responsibility

Please ensure that your shipping address is correct when placing an order. We cannot be held responsible for items shipped to incorrect addresses provided by the customer. If your order has been sent to an incorrect address, additional shipping fees may apply to redirect the package.

Shipping Fees

Shipping fees are based on carrier calculated rates for all US shipments. All international shipping costs will be a flat rate cost of $32. For international shipments additional costs and fees may apply when the product is imported into your location. These fees are not controlled by Swiss Watch Company nor can they be altered.
