3 YEAR MANUFACTURER’S WARRANTY
Covers defects in manufacturing, such as movement failures, bracelet defects, etc. Does not cover lost/stolen property/any damage cause by wear & tear.
We take pride in the watches we produce and back each model with a 3 year warranty in high confidence of our quality.
Returns
If you would like to return an item, please contact info@swcusa.com.
We offer a 30 day window for returns to take place. Once the item is shipped to us received and inspected we will reach out and let you know the status of the return. 1-3 days after the item has been returned the funds should arrive back into your account.
